Submittal of the candidate

We use a behavioral based interview guide and will share key points that stood out in our interview with the candidate. We send over a professional resume and licensure check for review.

Starting your new Hire

We are here to partner with you on offering the candidate. Once the candidate accepts we stay in touch with them until their start date and are always communicating with you. Strategos Hire does 30-60-90 day check in’s to retain the new hires.
